上学期,为了加强高三的师资力量,学校办公会决定:派教育教学经验丰富的韩老师担任高三(1)班50名学生的班主任。据韩老师的经验,学生来自四面八方,这种班管理起来很困难,如果仅靠她这个光杆司令,累死也管不好。于是,她想到了家长,50个学生就是100个家长,必须利用好这个资源。可是,怎么才能利用好这个资源呢?开学初,她决定给每位家长写一封信,先跟他们打个招呼,让她这个班主任纳入家长们的视野之中。经过一段较长时间的相处,她对班上的学生有了较全面的了解。在第一次模拟考试之后,韩老师着手给家长写第二封信。花了整整一周的夜晚,她将每名学生的思想、学习和生活情况向家长们作了详细的汇报。
