本文报告388例因应用激素诱发的结核病,占我院同期收治结核病的15.1％。其中136例(35.1％)肺结核,菌阳病例占92例(67.6％),较同期收治的肺结核菌阳率高出一倍。激素诱发的结核病96.9％累及多个器官及部位。其诱发结核原因多系应用激素时间过长和滥用所致。
This article reports 388 cases of hormone-induced tuberculosis, accounting for 15.1% of our hospital admitted tuberculosis over the same period. Among them, 136 cases (35.1%) had pulmonary tuberculosis, and 92 cases (67.6%) were positive for bacilli, which was twice as high as the rate of pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in the same period. 96.9% of hormone-induced tuberculosis involves multiple organs and parts. The cause of tuberculosis and more due to prolonged use of hormones due to abuse.
