本文用燃烧室三维传热的Monte-Carlo解法求解了HG-410/100-6型锅炉燃烧室的温度分布和水冷壁上的热流分布,计算中考虑了烟气流动和水冷壁污染的影响,并将计算结果与实测结果进行了比较。另外,还探讨了求解过程中能束随机点发射模型的使用效果,能差法迭代的可行性以及输入量选择对计算结果的影响。
In this paper, the temperature distribution in the combustion chamber of HG-410 / 100-6 boiler and the distribution of heat flow on the water wall were solved by the Monte-Carlo method of three-dimensional heat transfer in the combustion chamber. The flue gas flow and water wall contamination were considered in the calculation. The calculated results are compared with the measured results. In addition, we also discuss the use effect of the random beam emission model in the solving process, the feasibility of the difference method iteration and the influence of the input quantity selection on the calculation results.
