在我的设想里,《人物》杂志应该是这样一种杂志,读者愿意把它带回家,如果开始读一篇文章,就会读到最后一个字。它当然应该结构合理,节奏得当,图片精美,设计巧妙,用好的纸张,由好印刷厂承印,总之求求老天爷,你得让它是个真正的产品,否则你就是一个玩古董的了。但是最重要的,还是读者可以读到最后一个字。《人物》的市场化改版是去年5月份开始的,到现在出了8期杂志,8期杂志能获得如今程度的市场认可,不谦虚地说,不是每家杂志都能做到的。这大概得益于我们对优质报道的坚持,这是我们团队的DNA。在编辑部,我们总是说,好的报道是无价的。在媒体界,更时髦的的话多如牛毛,可这句我们说得最多。做好的报道,太难了。难得我自己都怕。可是难才有价值。我们家乡有句俗话,抢银行不难,你有那胆儿吗?不是鼓励犯罪,是说走正道,得回报。抱朴守拙,Stay foolish。
