随着社会发展,急诊病员的疾病结构发生了变化,为进一步了解基层综合医院卫生服务的需求,笔者对1990年度本院急诊的5915名病员进行病例分析,以供医院的改革提出依据。
With the development of society, the disease structure of emergency patients has changed. In order to further understand the needs of the general health services in general hospitals, the author analyzed case histories of 5915 patients in the emergency department of the hospital in 1990 to provide basis for hospital reform.
