随着钻井新工艺的迅猛发展,吐哈盆地为实施优快钻井,普遍采用PDC钻头进行钻进,不但提升了钻井的速度、提高了井身的质量,也节约了钻井成本,取得了较好的经济效益。但是PDC钻头条件下返出的岩屑整体细小、混杂,在实际钻井的过程中,不能完全反应出地层特征,因此对传统的地质录井工作带来了较大的影响。本文主要根据PDC钻头破岩的机理,介绍PDC钻头对吐哈盆地地质录井的影响以及相关技术改进。

Therefore, it has a great impact on the traditional geological logging work. Based on the mechanism of PDC bit breaking rock, this paper introduces the influence of PDC bit on geological logging in Turpan-Hami basin and related technical improvements.
