目的:分析血液透析中出现低血糖的常见因素。方法:选取该院在2012年1月至2013年1月中所收治的60例血液透析患者作为本文研究对象。结果:在患者经过血液透析后,2 h后出现低血压现象的概率最高,这是由于患者体液超滤过多和血容量循环不足所致,是低血压常见因素,而诱发低血压的常见因素包括患者高龄、透析期间饮食量过大、透析膜生物相容因素等。结论:在患者接受血液透析期间,需严格控制患者饮食,避免患者体重增加,对透析期间的患者病情进行详细观察并记录,对患者采取相应的预防措施,使低血压得到有效控制。
Aims: To analyze the common causes of hypoglycemia in hemodialysis. Methods: Sixty hemodialysis patients from January 2012 to January 2013 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. RESULTS: The most likely cause of hypotension occurred 2 h after hemodialysis in patients, due to hyperfiltration of the patient’s body fluid and hypovolemia, a common cause of hypotension, a common cause of hypotension Including the elderly patients, excessive diet during dialysis, dialysis membrane biocompatibility factors. Conclusion: During the period of hemodialysis, the patient should be strictly controlled diet, to avoid patients’ weight gain. The patient’s condition during dialysis was observed and recorded in detail. Corresponding preventive measures were taken for the patients to effectively control hypotension.
