目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)抑制剂塞来昔布对子宫内膜癌HEC-1-B细胞生长的作用。方法:通过细胞生长曲线及MTT试验研究不同浓度的塞来昔布对人子宫内膜癌HEC-1-B细胞的作用。结果:塞来昔布能够有效地抑制HEC-1-B细胞的生长,并呈一定的剂量和时间依赖关系。结论:塞来昔布能够抑制子宫内膜癌细胞HEC-1-B的生长。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor celecoxib on the growth of endometrial carcinoma HEC-1-B cells. Methods: The effects of different concentrations of celecoxib on human endometrial carcinoma HEC-1-B cells were studied by cell growth curve and MTT assay. Results: Celecoxib could effectively inhibit the growth of HEC-1-B cells in a dose and time dependent manner. Conclusion: Celecoxib can inhibit the growth of endometrial cancer cells HEC-1-B.
