公共图书馆是汇聚社会文化主要集中地,也是科学文化知识的殿堂,能够提供更多的知识来源。公共图书馆实行免费开放、公益平等的政策以来,图书馆更是成为人们追求精神生活的主要场所。在此情况下,公共图书馆志愿者的加入,为公共图书馆建设和管理顺利进行提供了重要保障。有鉴于此,笔者以图书馆志愿者队伍为研究对象进行分析探讨,以提供相关建设观点。 Public library is the main concentration of social culture, but also the hall of scientific and cultural knowledge, to provide more sources of knowledge. Since the implementation of the policy of free and open public welfare and equal public welfare in public libraries, the library has become the main place for people to pursue spiritual life.
