为了解决厚大断面球铁曲轴石墨畸变、缩松等问题,对缺陷的形成进行了深入研究,找出了形成缺陷的原因,并有针对性地对曲轴铸造工艺进行调整,同时对熔炼及球化、孕育处理工艺、浇注工艺控制等方面进行了完善,增加了脱S处理,搭配使用了75FeSi与高效复合孕育剂。经以上处理,最终消除了曲轴石墨畸变、缩松等缺陷,获得了表层与心部力学性能及金相组织差异很小的合格铸件。
