《总督采办疏草》是明嘉靖年问工部侍郎刘伯跃在总督湖广、四川、贵州采办大木期间所上相关奏疏、公文的汇编稿,该次钦差目的在于为重建遭雷火焚烧的北京故宫前朝部分搜集木料。因事关国家工程,涉及方面极多,该文献详细记录了官方层面的人事组织、采伐计划、预算方案、经济核算、监督管理、纠纷调解、运输保障等多方面政策及其实际施行情况,为我们更加深入了解明廷采办大木的经营活动提供了生动的资料,有助于深化我们对于明代宫廷建筑史的了解。
“Governor Procurement and Sodification” is a compilation of related memorials and official documents collected during the acquisition of Daegu by Governor-General Hu Boyang, Sichuan and Guizhou by Ming Jiajing, assistant minister of Ministry of Civil Affairs of the Ming Dynasty. The objective of the Governor was to rebuild the burned Beijing Imperial Palace Part of the collection of wood. Because of the national project involves a very large number of aspects, the document detailed records of the official level personnel organization, harvesting plan, budget plan, economic accounting, supervision and management, dispute mediation, transport security and other aspects of policy and its actual implementation, Our in-depth understanding of the Ming dynasty's acquisition of Daemu's business activities provided vivid information that helped to deepen our understanding of the history of Ming court buildings.
