中石化集团北京燕山石油化工有限公司是国内最大的石油化工联合企业之一,拥有88套石油化工生产装置。年原油加工能力850万吨,乙烯生产能力71万吨,可生产218个品种625个牌号的产品。乙烯、聚乙烯、合成橡胶、聚丙烯、苯酚丙酮、润滑脂等六种产品的生产能力居全国第一位。 燕化公司严格按照国家《审计法》和《会计法》的有关规定,建立健全了内控机制和内部审计机制,独立开展财务审计、工程预决算审计、厂长（经理）任期和离任审计等各项审计工作,自觉接受国家审计部门和上级审计机关的审计监督和业务指导,查找漏洞、规范管理,维护了国家正常的经济秩序,促进廉政建设,保证了企业健康发展。
Sinopec Group Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is one of the largest petrochemical complexes in China and has 88 petrochemical production facilities. The annual crude oil processing capacity is 8.5 million tons and the ethylene production capacity is 710,000 tons. It can produce 218 varieties and 625 brand products. The production capacity of six kinds of products including ethylene, polyethylene, synthetic rubber, polypropylene, phenolacetone, and grease ranks first in the country. Yanhua Company has established and improved its internal control mechanism and internal auditing mechanism in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the State’s “Audit Law” and the “Accounting Law.” It independently conducts financial audits, audits of project budgets and final accounts, director (managers) term of office, and audit of leaving office. All kinds of audit work, consciously accept the auditing and business guidance of the national auditing department and higher auditing agencies, find loopholes, standardize management, maintain the normal economic order of the country, promote the construction of a clean government, and ensure the healthy development of the company.
