目的探讨达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜行根治性前列腺切除术的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2015年2~12月我院泌尿外科收治的26例前列腺癌行达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜手术患者的护理配合资料。结果所有患者手术过程顺利,术后恢复良好。结论达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜下根治性前列腺切除术安全可行,而术前充分的医护患三方协调配合,术后护理确保患者无手术并发症,康复出院得以保障。
Objective To study the nursing method of da Vinci robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 26 patients with prostate cancer treated with da Vinci robotic assisted laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February to December 2015 was retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients underwent a successful operation and recovered well after operation. Conclusion DaVinci robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is safe and feasible. However, adequate medical care before operation is coordinated and coordinated by three parties. Postoperative care ensures that patients have no surgical complications and can be safely discharged.
