目的:建立麻黄止嗽丸中盐酸麻黄碱及盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的测定方法。方法1采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙胺)(4:96),流速为1ml·min~(-1),检测波长为207nm,柱温:室温,进样量:5μl。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.02~0.52μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.6%(n=6);盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.02~0.51μg范围內线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.9%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于麻黄止嗽丸中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Mahuang Zhisowan pill. Method 1 was performed on a Kromasil C 18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (containing 0.1% triethylamine) ), The flow rate was 1ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength was 207nm, column temperature: room temperature, injection volume: 5μl. Results: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.02 ~ 0.52μg (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 97.8% and the RSD was 1.6% (n = 6). Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride had good linearity in the range of 0.02 ~ 0.51μg (r = 0.9998) with an average recovery of 99.4% and a RSD of 0.9% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Mahuang Zhisowang pill.
