我院在按装按需型起搏器术中出现了4例心室纤颤(以下简称室颤),占1982年底共计起搏术270例次的1.5％(均为按需型起搏器)。1例在按装临时起搏术中发生,1例在按装佩带式起搏器术中发生,另2例是在按装埋藏式起搏器术中发生。经抢救均获成功。见附表。
In our hospital, there were 4 cases of ventricular fibrillation (hereinafter referred to as ventricular fibrillation) according to on-demand pacemaker operation, accounting for 1.5% of the total of 270 cases of pacing at the end of 1982 (all on-demand pacemaker) . One case occurred in a temporary pacing device, one in a wearing pacemaker and two in a buried pacemaker. After the rescue were successful. See Schedule.
