各市、县人民政府,自治区农垦局,区直各委、办、厅、局,各市军分区(警备区),各市、县人民武装部:2006年冬季士兵退役工作已经开始。为做好退役士兵的接收安置工作,根据《国务院、中央军委关于2006年冬季士兵退出现役工作的通知》(国发〔2006〕32号)精神,结合我区实际,现将有关事项通知如下:一、接收的对象和时间接收的对象为:服现役满2年未被选取为士官的义务兵,因伤病残等原因滞留部队服现役超过2年以上的士兵;服现役满本期规定年限未被选取为高一期的士官。因政治、身体等原因被安排提前退出现役的士兵,其接收按有关规定执行。退役义务兵和复员士官接收工作从2006年11月底开始,到2007年1月底基本结束。转业士官的离队时间及相关问题待民政部、总参谋部明确后另行通知。二、做好退役士兵的思想政治教育工作 Municipal, County People’s Governments, Bureau of Reclamation of Reclamation of Autonomous Regions, commissions, offices, offices, bureaus of various municipalities and military districts (garrison areas) and cities and counties People’s Armed Forces: The retired winter soldiers in 2006 have already begun. The reception of decommissioned volunteers and demobilized non-commissioned officers began in late November 2006 and ended basically by the end of January 2007. The departure time of non-commissioned officers and related issues will be announced separately by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the General Staff Department. Second, do a good job in retired soldier’s ideological and political education
