为配合二滩电站的施工及电站建成后的运行。中国科学院成都分院和水力科技开发部在能源部、水利部等部门的支持、协助下,研制成功短波水情自动测报系统。从去年七月起投入了试运行。最近,水利部组织了数十名专家对该系统进行了鉴定验收,认为该系统可靠、准确,经四个月现场试运行表明,昼夜采集效据畅通率达96%,达到国内外领先水平。
