本文根据中小型高速柴油机喷油咀偶件的工作条件和生产特点,提出GCr15钢油咀偶件的三种双细化处理工艺,研究了预处理及最终淬火工艺参数对组织的影响;探讨了双细比处理工艺对回火稳定性的影响。试验表明,三种双细化处理工艺可使未溶碳化物细化为0.30~0.46μm,晶粒度细化为11级,组织和硬度均匀;预处理后最终淬火温度降低,保温时间缩短,双细化处理工艺可明显地提高GCr15钢的回火稳定性、耐磨性(提高30%)及多冲抗力(提高60%)。并且,机械加工性能良好。
Based on the working conditions and production characteristics of the injection nozzle of small and medium-sized high-speed diesel engine, three kinds of double-thinning process of GCr15 steel nozzle are proposed. The effects of pre-treatment and final quenching process parameters on the microstructure are discussed. Effect of Double Ratio Process on Tempering Stability. The results show that the three kinds of double refinement process can refine the undissolved carbides to 0.30-0.46μm and the grain size to 11 grades with uniform microstructure and hardness. The final quenching temperature decreases and the holding time shortens after pretreatment, Double refinement process can significantly improve the GCr15 steel tempering stability, wear resistance (increased by 30%) and multi-impact resistance (increased by 60%). Also, machinability is good.
