目的 研制一种能够使蟑螂绝育的毒饵 ,从而利用新的技术有效地控制蟑螂的密度。方法 对绝育毒饵进行实验室适口性试验和绝育试验。结果 (1)用加有 0 .12 5 %蟑螂绝育剂的毒饵和不加绝育剂的基饵同时饲喂德国小蠊 ,两者的取食量经统计学检验没有显著性差异 ;(2 )德国小蠊取食含有 0 .12 5 %蟑螂绝育剂的毒饵后其所产卵荚中若虫孵出数减少 ,取食一段时间 (约 15天 )后其所产卵荚中若虫完全不能孵出。结论 (1)含 0 .12 5 %蟑螂绝育剂的毒饵对德国小蠊的适口性良好 ;(2 )该绝育毒饵对德国小蠊具有显著的绝育作用
Objective To develop a bait that can sterilize cockroaches, so as to effectively control the density of cockroaches with new techniques. Methods The experiment of palatability and sterilization of the poison bait was carried out. Results (1) Blattella germanica was fed with 0,125% cockroach sterilizing agent bait and non-sterilized baits at the same time. There was no significant difference in the food intake between the two groups. (2) When the German cockroach fed poison bait containing 0.2512% cockroach insecticide, the number of nymphs hatched in the hatched pods decreased. After feeding for a period of time (about 15 days), the nymphs in the hatched pods were not hatched . Conclusions (1) The bait containing 0.12 5% cockroach sterilizing agent has good palatability to German cockroach; (2) The sterilized bait has significant sterilizing effect on German cockroach
