目的:探讨卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤中黏蛋白MUC1的表达与临床病理特征的相关性。方法:免疫组化S-P法检测90例卵巢浆液性和黏液性肿瘤的黏蛋白MUC1的表达。结果:(1)交界性与恶性卵巢肿瘤中黏蛋白MUC1的表达阳性率明显高于良性肿瘤,差异有显著性(P=0.0001);(2)黏蛋白MUC1与WHO病理分级、FIGO临床分期、大网转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:粘蛋白MUC1的在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中呈高表达,其表达强度与WHO病理分级、FIGO临床分期、大网转移相关,因此,MUC1的表达可作为卵巢上皮性肿瘤的良、恶性的检测指标。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between mucin MUC1 expression and clinicopathological features in ovarian serous and mucinous tumors. Methods: Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of mucin MUC1 in 90 cases of ovarian serous and mucinous tumors. Results: (1) The positive rate of mucin MUC1 in borderline and malignant ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that in benign tumors (P = 0.0001). (2) The correlation between mucin MUC1 and WHO histological grade, FIGO clinical stage, Significant correlation was found between macrophages (P <0.05). Conclusion: Mucin MUC1 is overexpressed in malignant ovarian epithelial tumors and its expression intensity is correlated with WHO histological grade, FIGO clinical stage and omentum metastasis. Therefore, the expression of MUC1 can be used as a marker of benign and malignant ovarian epithelial tumors Detection Indicator.
