党的十八大提出了“鼓励青年创业”、“推动实现更高质量的就业”等一系列新任务、新要求,这为高校毕业生就业工作指明了方向。随着高职院校扩招,就业形势越来越严峻。因此,培养大学生的创业意识和创业能力迫在眉睫。文章结合当前高职学生创业能力的现状,分析了培养高职大学生创业意识和创业能力的必要性。并联系个人工作实践,针对高职学生创业意识和创业能力培养的有效途径谈几点个人粗浅认识。
The 18th CPC National Congress proposed a series of new tasks and new requirements such as “encouraging young entrepreneurs” and “promoting the realization of higher quality employment.” This pointed out the direction for the employment of college graduates. With the expansion of higher vocational colleges, the employment situation is getting more and more serious. Therefore, to cultivate college students entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability is imminent. This paper analyzes the current situation of the vocational ability of vocational college students and analyzes the necessity of cultivating college students’ entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability. And contact personal work practice, aimed at vocational students entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial ability to cultivate an effective way to talk a few personal superficial understanding.
