党的十八届三中全会《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确提出,“加强中国特色新型智库建设,建立健全决策咨询制度”。之后,中共中央颁发《关于加强中国特色新型智库建设的意见》,对发展中国特色新型智库事业作出重要决策和部署。加强党校特色智库建设,发挥好党校思想库作用,既是《中国共产党党校工作条例》的基本要求,也是提高党校地位和影响力的重要标志。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee’s “Decision on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform” clearly states: “Strengthening the building of a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics and establishing a sound system of decision-making and consultation”. Afterwards, the CPC Central Committee issued the “Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of a New Think Tank with Chinese Characteristics” and made important decisions and plans for developing a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics. To strengthen the building of the characteristics think tanks in the Party school and give full play to the role of party school think tanks is not only the basic requirement of the “Work Regulations of the Communist Party of China”, but also an important symbol of improving the status and influence of the Party school.
