随着多层和高层建筑的迅速发展,框架结构的应用越来越广泛。但是稍加注意不时可以发现框架柱和填充墙设计与施工中易被忽视的诸多问题。这些问题给工程质量留下了隐患,应该引起重视。 一、钢筋 (一)钢筋焊接 对于多层和高层建筑来说,框架柱纵向钢筋连接是不可避免的,通常采用焊接方法来实现。《钢筋混凝土高层建筑结构设计与施工规程》(JGJ3—91)(以下简称《施工规程》)第5.2.14条对现浇框架柱纵向钢筋的接头,提出了明确规定:“柱纵向受力钢筋应在两个水平面上搭接,搭接位置应在受力较小区域”,“以相邻接头间距,焊接不得小于500mm,搭接不得小于600mm。接头最低点距柱端不宜小于柱截面长边尺寸且宜在楼板面以上750mm处”。施工
