现场管理在国内许多企业普遍存在的管理方式就是抓卫生、抓摆放整齐,强调多考核。现场管理的精髓到底是什么,如何才能成为一流的现场管理?为什么说“只抓卫生、摆放整齐”是难以维持甚至是徒劳的?理清这些问题对明确现场管理提升的方向是十分重要的。考核卫生状况及摆放整齐与否作为现场管理主要要求的现象在国内许多企业都存在,事实上,这样的要求与一流现场管理的要求相差甚远。生产车间现场管理是生产第一线的综合管理,如何让现场管理变得更加有实效,应从五个方面来思考。
