针对传动误差的测量与控制, 提出了一种新型硬件、软件系统。以工控机、自行研制的测量控制接口卡为硬件基础, 研制出光栅细分辨向电路、软件行程开关, 在W indow s 平台下实现了实时测控。经试验表明, 这个系统能对传动误差的高速数据采集、处理、复杂控制策略的实现提供应用基础
Aiming at the measurement and control of transmission error, a new hardware and software system is proposed. With industrial control computer, self-developed measurement and control interface card as the hardware foundation, developed a grating subdivision-oriented circuit and software travel switch, realizes the real-time measurement and control under the W indow s platform. The experiment shows that this system can provide the application basis for high-speed data acquisition, processing and complex control strategy of transmission error
