In 2010, we heard too much news about migrant workers' payroll violence. In retrospect of the case of violence in pay talks, it is not hard to find out that when the injured migrant workers receive no aid from public authorities or the assistance of relevant organizations, the “devil” impulses and the bosses start to feel angry Become more unscrupulous, so violence was born. When we condemn atrocities, we seem to overlook a premise that conflicts are actually escalating. There is a lot of work that needs to be done during this period. What makes us feel so gratified is that during these news events, we heard the strong voice of the trade unions. When the pay talks were violent, when migrant workers' salaries were about to come to an end, the unions actively ran at the forefront, conducted mediations first, and actively prevented labor disputes, ultimately preventing the formation of a catastrophe. We have no intention to deny the role played by the government and the relevant departments, nor do we intend to invite work by the trade unions. We only want to make it clear that the role of mediation in handling labor disputes should not be underestimated.
