目的了解广州市职业健康统计试点行业的职业病危害分布特征及防控情况的动态变化,提出防护对策。方法通过以行业及企业规模等分层抽样、现场培训,企业自行填报相结合,对广州市30家试点统计企业的职业病防控情况进行分析,比较不同行业其危害程度及防控措施的差异。结果职业危害因素接触情况中,物理接触因素比例最高,占58.4%;职业卫生检测率为96.67%;粉尘检测565点,达标点522点,达标率92.39%;化学因素检测845个点,达标817点,达标率96.69%;物理因素检测1 475点,达标1 000点,达标率67.80%。多数员工是在岗期间的进行职业健康检查,占90.77%。结论广州市职业健康统计试点企业的职业病危害因素中化学因素的检测合格率较高,医药行业的职业健康监护率较低,总体的职业卫生管理水平较好,企业主要负责人的职业卫生知识培训率不够。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of occupational disease hazards and the dynamic changes of prevention and control in occupational health statistics pilot industries in Guangzhou and to propose countermeasures. Methods By analyzing the prevention and control of occupational diseases in 30 pilot enterprises in Guangzhou based on stratified sampling of industries and enterprises, on-site training and self-reporting by enterprises, the differences in hazard degree and prevention and control measures among different industries were compared. Results Among occupational hazards, the highest proportion of physical contact factors accounted for 58.4%; the occupational health rate was 96.67%; the dust was detected 565 points, the compliance rate was 522 points and the compliance rate was 92.39%; the chemical factor was 845 points and reached 817 Point, the standard rate of 96.69%; physical test of 1,475 points, up to 1 000 points, the standard rate of 67.80%. Most employees are in occupational health professional examination, accounting for 90.77%. Conclusion Guangzhou Occupational Health Statistics pilot enterprises occupy the risk factors of occupational disease in the detection of chemical elements higher pass rate, the occupational health care rate in the pharmaceutical industry is lower, the overall level of occupational health management is better, the main person in charge of occupational health knowledge training Rate is not enough.
