光度法工作曲线不成线性关系的情况多数是由体系存在逐级配合物所致。为获得线性关系,有些作者提出在两逐级配合物的互变等色点波长测量,认为这样可以避免同时生成第二配合物的影响,但没有深入的理论分析。作者之一曾试验过上述办法,未能得到直线。鉴于此法时见有人引用,我们认为有深入探讨并加以澄清的必要。本文通过实验与理论分析,证明此法在多数情况下仅可改善线性关系,但不能得到直线。经进一步研究,找到了这个问题的另外解决办法。
Most of the cases where the working curve of photometry is not in a linear relationship are caused by the gradual complexation of the system. In order to obtain a linear relationship, some authors propose a new method for measuring the wavelength of the colorimetric dots such as interconversion between two successive complexes. This suggests that the simultaneous formation of the second complex can be avoided without any in-depth theoretical analysis. One of the authors tested the above method and failed to get a straight line. In the light of the quotation from this law, we think it is necessary to have a thorough discussion and clarification. Through experimental and theoretical analysis, this paper proves that this method can only improve the linear relationship in most cases, but can not get a straight line. After further study, find another solution to this problem.
