随着世界能源发展的供需关系不断发生变化,在新常态背景下,能源发展的趋势向着绿色低碳方向转变。煤炭企业的成本管理成为企业发展的核心,在新常态下如何加强企业的成本管理,成为煤炭企业发展的重点方向。基于此,本文就煤炭企业成本管理的现状进行分析,并对新常态下煤炭企业成本管理提出有效策略。
With the ever-changing relationship between supply and demand for energy development in the world, under the new normal background, the trend of energy development has shifted towards a green and low-carbon direction. The cost management of coal enterprises has become the core of enterprise development. Under the new normal, how to strengthen the cost management of enterprises has become the key direction for the development of coal enterprises. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of cost management in coal enterprises, and puts forward effective strategies for the cost management of coal enterprises under the new normal conditions.
