随着经济及技术的迅速发展,相应的促进了我国医院的发展,特别在人力资源管理环节,获得了一定的成就。在选用人制度方面,逐步实现了科学化及规范化。在职称改革过程中突出时代性,使人才流动和科学分配工作更具公平性。然而,因为受到各方面因素的影响,在医院人力资源管理及改革中,存在一定的工作难度。特别是社会转型重要时期,人力资源管理工作更加尤为重要,具有重大的现实意义。鉴于此,本文分析了医院人力资源管理现状,从不同方面阐述人力资源管理的有效对策。
With the rapid development of economy and technology, the hospital development in our country has been correspondingly promoted. In particular, some achievements have been made in the human resource management. In the system of the selection of personnel, gradually realized the scientific and standardized. In the process of reforming the job title, we should highlight the times and make the flow of talents and the scientific distribution more fair. However, due to various factors, there are some difficulties in the management and reform of hospital human resources. Especially in the important period of social transformation, human resources management is even more important and of great practical significance. In view of this, this article analyzes the status quo of hospital human resources management, elaborating the effective countermeasures of human resources management from different aspects.
