近年来,随着国家大力促进职业教育的发展,民办高职院校如雨后春笋般茁壮发展,在其发展过程中遇到的问题层出不穷,其中最主要的问题是教师的绩效考核问题,由于民办高职院校的管理模式区别于公办院校的管理模式,不能直接照搬公办院校的绩效考核体系,同时,民办高校属于非营利性组织,也不能照搬企业的绩效考核体系。本文将通过探索民办高职院校教师绩效考核存在的问题来分析如何改善民办高职院校的绩效考核体系。
In recent years, with the vigorous promotion of the development of vocational education in our country, the private higher vocational colleges have mushroomed, and the problems encountered in their development are endless. Among them, the most important one is the performance evaluation of teachers. The management model of vocational colleges is different from the management model of public colleges and universities, and can not directly copy the performance evaluation system of public institutions. At the same time, private colleges belong to non-profit organizations and can not copy the performance evaluation system of enterprises. This article will explore how to improve the performance appraisal system of private higher vocational colleges by exploring the problems existing in the performance appraisal of private higher vocational colleges.
