《幼儿园教育指导纲要》在“以幼儿发展为本”的理念指导下,特别强调教师处于幼儿发展引导者的地位。在幼儿的探究性学习中,理想的探究过程和结果的出现,离不开教师的主导作用。因此,我们有必要对教师的引导角色进行探讨:在幼儿探究活动中引导幼儿感知、操作、试验等实践操作过程。教师必须努力为幼儿创设一个真诚的、信任的、理解的、民主的探究
Under the guidance of the concept of “developing young children through development”, “The Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” emphasizes the teacher’s position as a guide for early childhood development. In the exploratory learning of young children, the ideal process of inquiry and the emergence of results can not be separated from the leading role of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary for us to probe into the guiding role of teachers: to guide children’s perception, operation and experiment during the exploration of young children. Teachers must work hard to create a genuine, trusted, understanding, and democratic inquiry for young children
