3月初,深交所出台了历史上最严厉的临时停牌制度——只要出现“盘中成交价较开盘价首次上涨或下跌达到或超过10%”以及“盘中换手率达到或超过50%”两种情形之一,深交所就可以对首日上市的新股实施临时停牌至14点57分。
