创新是发展的动力,更是社会治理的时代要求。党的十八大“创新社会治理体制”的提出,为我国建设、构建和谐社会提出了新的任务,这样一个全新的理念还需要我们在理论联系实际的运作中不断探索、体会。信访,作为一项联系党与群众的基础工作,理论工作者和实际工作者需要共同努力,共同推进我国的社会建设事业由社会管理向社会治理转变,完成创新社会治理体制的重大任务。本文重点从信访工作理念的创新、信访工作制度的创新、信访工作方式的创新以及信访工作实践的创新四个方面,对这一理念进行阐释。
Innovation is the driving force of development and even the requirements of the times of social governance. The proposal made by the 18th National Congress of the CPC on “System of Innovative Social Governance” has put forward new tasks for building and building a harmonious society in our country. Such a new concept also requires us to continuously explore and understand in the operation of integrating theory with practice. As a basic work that connects the party with the masses, letters and visits require that the theoretical workers and the practical workers work together to jointly push forward the major task of social construction in our country, from social management to social governance, and innovation in social governance.
