探讨血站医疗废弃物转运中的安全管理,预防医源性感染的发生及切断交叉感染的途径。方法对血站医疗废弃物运输过程中存在的问题,依据《医疗废弃物管理条例》采取相应的管理对策。结果通过加强医疗废弃物运输中的管理,使血站医疗废弃物的管理达到规范化、制度化,有效防止和控制了医源性感染的发生。结论采取综合性管理措施加强医疗废弃物的管理是血站控制医源性感染的重要措施。
To explore the safety management of blood transfusion of medical waste, prevent the occurrence of iatrogenic infection and the way to cut off the cross-infection. Methods The problems existing in the process of medical waste transportation in blood station were taken according to the “Management Regulations of Medical Wastes” and corresponding management countermeasures were taken. Results By strengthening the management of medical waste transportation, the management of bloodstain medical waste was standardized and institutionalized, and the occurrence of iatrogenic infection was effectively prevented and controlled. Conclusion Taking comprehensive management measures to strengthen the management of medical waste is an important measure to control iatrogenic infection by blood stations.
