发达国家对职业的发展重视由来已久,在有些国家和地区,小学就有与职业相关的指导课程。国外也有比较成熟的理论体系,比较有代表性如帕森斯特性——因素匹配理论、霍兰德的职业适应理论、金兹伯格等职业发展理论。国内就业指导方面的研究起步较晚,但发展较快。从大学生就业指导总论到大学生就业指导课程分析、大学生就业指导模式构建、大学生就业指导体系构建等都有不少研究成果,但就高职生这样一个特殊大学生群体还缺乏具有针对性、系统性的研究,本文就针对高职生这个特殊群体,在调研的基础上对《就业指导》课程的教学大纲进行了再造。

Studies on domestic employment guidance started later, but developed rapidly. There are many research results from the general employment guidance of college students to the course analysis of college students’ employment guidance, the construction of college students’ employment guidance mode, and the construction of college students’ employment guidance system.
