一、概述 气动测量是一种发展历史较长而又较为成熟的精密测试技术。由于它具有测量精度高、效率高、操作简便、容易实现测量自动化和机床主动测量等优点,因而在世界各国工业生产中得到广泛应用。 气动测量不仅可以作静态的尺寸测量,而且还可以作动态的主动测量,用以控制机床,加工出符合尺寸精度的零件。例如上海机床厂生产的MB8240半自动曲轴磨床,早就采用了气动自动测量技术。但是气动自动测量技术应用于珩磨,在我国还只是最近几年的事。由于珩磨的特殊情况,珩磨应用气动自动测量必须攻克一系列技术难关。我厂和有关单位联合,对珩磨自动测量进行了研究试验,于1979年取得突破。1981年,我厂第一次将气动自动测量技术应用于大批量缸套珩磨生产中。目前,珩磨气动自动测量技术在生产使用中仍在不断地积累经验、不断地改进和发展。

In 1981, for the first time, our factory applied pneumatic automatic measurement technology to large-volume cylinder honing production. At present, honing pneumatic automatic measurement technology is still in the production and use of accumulated experience, continuous improvement and development.
