2011年,新疆维吾尔族自治区政府开展促进民生产业发展的10项工程中,有4项直接服务各族群众生活。其中,投资90×10~3元建设的“天然气利民工程”将完成12个城市的天然气供应,新增入户居民45.5×10~4户。到2012年,实现30座天然气空白城镇供应天然气,新增入户居民113.7×10~4户,气化人口达916×10~4人。2015年,新疆维吾尔族自治区所有县市全部实现天然气气化,城镇人口气化率达到84.81%。
In 2011, of the 10 projects carried out by the government of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region to promote the development of people’s livelihood, 4 directly served the livelihood of people of all nationalities. Among them, 90 × 10 ~ 3 yuan investment in the construction of “Natural Gas Project” will complete the supply of natural gas in 12 cities, new households 45.5 × 10 ~ 4 households. By 2012, natural gas will be supplied to 30 natural gas blank towns, with 113.7 × 10 ~ 4 new households and 916 × 10 ~ 4 gasification population. In 2015, all the counties and cities in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region realized natural gas gasification, with a population-to-urban gasification rate of 84.81%.
