原益都火柴厂下岗女工王素芳,下岗不落志,自强自立,艰苦创业,创办起“荟萃水饺部”,生意越做越红火,不仅自己走上了再就业之路,而且还为近20名下岗女工提供了就业机会,连续3年被评为青州市和潍坊市下岗女职工再就业明星。去年12月又被授予“山东省下岗职工再就业先进个人”荣誉称号,并参加了省劳动和社会保障厅、省财政厅、省总工会、省妇联四部门联合组织的下岗职工再就业先进事迹报告团,到淄博、潍坊、青岛、烟台、威海等地进行了巡回报告,引起了强烈反响。她的事迹还先后被青州电视台、潍坊电视台、山东电视台及《青州日报》、《山东食品报》、《职工天地》、《中国食品报》等多家新闻媒体作过报道。
