苯通过加氢烷基化反应制备环己基苯,再经氧化-分解反应可同时得到苯酚和环己酮2种重要化工原料,是近些年发展起来的生产苯酚和环已酮的新途径;该工艺与传统异丙苯氧化生产苯酚方法相比,副产了高附加值的环己酮,解决了丙酮生产过剩的问题。比较了苯加氢烷基化、环己烯与苯烷基化和联苯选择加氢制备环己基苯3种方法,重点对苯加氢烷基化所涉及的化学反应、催化机理、双功能催化剂、反应工艺及流程的研究进展进行概述。并指出了该技术存在的问题,对其今后的发展提出了建议。
Benzene and cyclohexanone can be obtained through the hydroalkylation reaction. Two important chemical raw materials, phenol and cyclohexanone, can be simultaneously obtained through oxidation-decomposition reaction. It is a new way to produce phenol and cyclohexanone developed in recent years. Compared with the conventional method for producing phenol by cumene oxidation, the process by-product high-added cyclohexanone solves the problem of overproduction of acetone. Three methods for the preparation of cyclohexylbenzene from the hydroalkylation of benzene, the alkylation of cyclohexene with benzene and the selective hydrogenation of biphenyl were compared. The chemical reactions involved in the hydroalkylation of benzene, the catalytic mechanism, the bifunctional Catalyst, reaction process and process of progress are summarized. And points out the problems existing in the technology and puts forward suggestions for its future development.
