目的:研究个性化健康教育在特需病房中的应用方法和应用效果。方法:根据特需病房患者特点,秉承“以人为本”的护理服务理念为患者提供护理服务,并随机选取医院个性化健康教育实施前后各40名患者作为研究对象,对患者进行满意度调查,分析个性化健康教育实施前后患者满意度情况。结果:实施个性化健康教育后,患者满意度为97.50%,显著高于实施前的85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对特需病房患者实施个性化健康教育,秉承“以人为本”的护理理念,优化接诊流程,让患者快速入院,规范礼仪,以良好的仪态为患者提供服务,同时应特别注重提升护理人员综合素质,确保个性化健康教育能更好的实施,做好环境护理工作,干净、整洁、美观的环境才能有效改善患者心情。在特需病房中实施个性化健康教育,有助于提高患者舒适度,改善患者心态,提高患者治疗依从性,不仅有效提升了护理服务质量与患者满意度,同时也在一定程度上促进了医院的社会效益与经济效益。
Objective: To study the application of personalized health education in special ward and its application effect.
