对水工建筑物金属结构中的平板闸门、弧形闸门等构件的T型接头的焊接工艺来说,多年来一直存在着未焊透问题。因闸门是在高水头、震动较大的工况下运行的,为此现行闸门制造工艺规范中,对有特殊要求的角焊缝要求焊透。经过多次试验与研究,分别制定了手弧焊和自动埋弧焊时的焊透工艺,并先后应用于葛洲坝电厂工作闸门主梁和边梁的自动埋弧焊和该电厂一套大机组检修门及三套小机组检修门的手弧焊。其中手弧焊和自动埋弧焊的焊透率分别为95%和90%。现将试验情况及所采用的新工艺介绍如下:
