坚持以人为本,树立全面协调可持续的发展观,是我们党对我们社会主义现代化建设指导思想的新发展。以人为本,体现了马克思主义的基本观点,是我们党必须长期坚持的指导思想,是我们必须在实际工作中一以贯之的指导方针和重要原则。为了理解和实践以人为本的思想,使之在企业管理、企业文化和企业思想政治工作中发挥更大的作用,笔者联系企业管理的实际,谈点肤浅意见。
Adhering to the people-centered principle and establishing a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept are our party’s new development in the guiding ideology of our socialist modernization drive. People-oriented, embodying the basic Marxist viewpoint is the guiding principle that our party must adhere to for a long period of time and is the guiding principle and important principle that we must consistently follow in the practical work. In order to understand and practice the thought of putting people first, and make it play a greater role in enterprise management, corporate culture and enterprise ideological and political work, the author discusses the superficial opinions in connection with the reality of enterprise management.
