选用灰铸铁及球墨铸铁为高炉冷却壁(本体)材料,采用模拟浇注方法、对镶铸于冷却壁内的无缝钢管(冷却管)表面用涂料进行防渗碳性能的研究。结果表明:氧化汞-水玻璃涂料、刚玉粉-磷酸铝涂料、石英粉-磷酸铝涂料是高炉冷却壁内冷却管防渗碳性能较好的材料。
Gray cast iron and ductile iron are selected as the material of blast furnace cooling stave (bulk). The simulated pouring method is used to study the anti-carburizing performance of the coating on the surface of seamless steel tube (cooling tube) cast in the stave. The results show that the mercuric oxide - water glass paint, emery powder - aluminum phosphate paint, quartz powder - aluminum phosphate coating is the better anti-carburizing performance of cooling pipe in the blast furnace cooling wall.
