R. Nathaniel Dett (1882-1943) is one of the most famous black composers in the United States and is also a famous conductor and educator. He is also the first American American composer to join the history of the United States, Writer and publisher association association of black composers, which undoubtedly made him a place in the history of American music. Ditt has created a large number of works throughout his life, and nearly 100 of them were formally published, mainly in the fields of piano and vocal music. In the Bottoms, the 1913 piano composition is one of his famous works. From the aspects of music style, creation technique and playing skill, this thesis makes a systematic analysis to try hard to show the personality of the work and clarify the track of the development of American classical music influenced by multiple cultures.
