当前,我国大部分高校财务管理课程教学中过于注重理论知识的讲解,对于企业对财务管理人才的实务知识需要及能力要求视而不见,进而培养出来的学生严重与企业需求脱节,因而极大地影响了学生的就业。文章主要介绍了基于立体知识结构的独立学院财务管理课程教学改革的国内研究现状、教学改革的目标及教学改革的主要内容,意在培养具有扎实理论基础知识及丰富实务能力的具有立体知识结构的财务管理复合型人才。
