我厂在某产品试制工作中,用图1a所示的弯曲模压制如图1b所示的弯曲件。结果,由于相对圆角半径(R/t:25/2=12.5)较大,致使回弹量大而达不到制件的尺寸精度。尽管采用后续校正工序使该件达到了精度要求,可是由于该件高为100mm,长达1270mm,校正工作量大,劳动强度高,劳动生产率低,管理人员感到很恼火,操作工人反映也很强烈。因此,采取有效措施,减少回弹量或控制它,用较少的劳动量,按技术要求制造出该弯曲件,就成了当务之急了。
