以经济危机为背景,我国先后出台的各种用来拉动内需的政策得到了人们的热烈关注。兼具拉动内需与保障性作用的保障性住房建设也开始受到人们的普遍关注与认可,但是正如我们看到的一样,在我国的保障性住房建设中仍然存在着一些问题,这些问题已经严重影响到了这项民生工程的进程。因此,本文就针对这些问题,提出了一些能够加强保障性住房建设的政策建议。
With the economic crisis as the background, various policies that China has successively introduced to boost domestic demand have drawn enthusiastic attention from people. At the same time, as we have seen, there are still some problems in the construction of affordable housing in our country, and these problems have seriously affected the construction of affordable housing that is both stimulating domestic demand and safeguarding. To this livelihood project process. Therefore, this article addresses these issues and puts forward some policy suggestions that can strengthen the construction of affordable housing.
