本文研究了员工组织承诺对创新网络与成长绩效关系的中介作用。通过结构方程对假设进行了检验,发现创新网络对企业成长绩效有显著正面作用;内部员工的组织承诺水平在创新网络与成长绩效关系间起部分中介作用。因此,组织承诺高的员工会投入更多来实现组织绩效,是企业利用创新网络来促进成长的催化剂。
This paper studies the intermediary role of employee commitment on the relationship between innovation network and growth performance. Hypothesis was tested by structural equation, and it was found that innovation network had a significant positive effect on firm growth performance. The level of organizational commitment of internal staff played a part of intermediary role in the relationship between innovation network and growth performance. As a result, highly committed employees of the organization invest more in organizational performance and are the catalyst for companies to use innovation networks to grow.
