目前已有多种无创方法评定动脉结构和功能,例如体表或血管内超声、磁共振成像等都可显示大动脉管壁厚度和粥样斑块等结构改变,脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity, PWV)、收缩期压力波增强指数(AI)、脉搏波舒张期衰减参数等均可反应动脉弹性或管壁硬度等改变。测定PWV作为一种无创检查方法,可以早期检测动脉功能的异常,综合地反映各种危险因素对血管的损伤。PWV增加是独立的心血管事件危险因素,为评价临床干预效果提供可靠的判别指标。
There are a variety of noninvasive methods to assess the structure and function of arteries, such as surface or intravascular ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging and other structures can be displayed aortic wall thickness and atherosclerotic plaque, pulse wave velocity (pulse wave velocity, PWV), systolic pressure wave enhancement index (AI), pulse wave diastolic attenuation parameters can reflect changes in arterial elasticity or wall stiffness. Determination of PWV as a noninvasive examination method, early detection of abnormalities in arterial function, a comprehensive reflection of various risk factors on vascular injury. The increase of PWV is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular events and provides a reliable discriminant for evaluating the effect of clinical intervention.
